Services Provided

VIP Furbabies offers daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and related services. All services are subject to availability and prior booking.

Eligibility for Services

• All pets must be current on required vaccinations (as outlined in our vaccination policy).

• Pets must pass a behavior and temperament evaluation prior to group play.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to staff, other animals, or itself.

Pet Owner Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your pet’s health, behavior, and special needs.

• You must inform us of any allergies, medications, or medical conditions in advance.

• You consent to emergency veterinary care if needed, and agree to cover all associated costs.

Safety & Care

• Pets are supervised by trained staff at all times during group play.

• Playgroups are based on size, temperament, and energy level.

• While every effort is made for safety, you acknowledge that group play carries inherent risks (scratches, bites, stress, etc.).

Grooming & Spa Services

• We use low-stress handling and AKC S.A.F.E. protocols.

• Grooming outcomes may vary depending on coat condition, pet behavior, and health.

• If a pet becomes severely stressed or aggressive, we may stop the service for safety.

Payments & Cancellations

• Payment is due at the time of booking or service.

• Cancellation or no-show fees may apply (per our cancellation policy).

• Discounts (military, teacher, first responder, etc.) require valid proof.

Liability Disclaimer

• VIP Furbabies is not liable for illness, injury, or loss beyond reasonable control.

• Pet owners assume responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their pets.

• We are not responsible for items left with pets (toys, bedding, etc.) unless pre-approved.

Health & Vaccination Policy

• Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required before services.

• Pets showing signs of illness (cough, vomiting, diarrhea, parasites) may be denied entry.

• We follow infection-control standards for all boarding and play areas.

Photos & Media

By enrolling your pet, you consent to us taking photos/videos of your pet for safety monitoring and promotional purposes (unless you opt-out in writing).

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Pet Care & No‑Veterinary‑Advice

• Content on the Site is for general information only and is not veterinary or medical advice. Always consult your veterinarian for your pet’s needs.

Acceptable Use

• You agree not to: (a) violate laws; (b) infringe IP or privacy rights; (c) upload harmful code; (d) scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Site; (e) use the Site to harass, defraud, or mislead.

User Content

• If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our business, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent you own or have rights to any content you submit.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

• TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIP Furbabies and our employees/agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson, Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

Food, Belongings, & Medication

• Provide Pet’s regular food in labeled, portioned containers. If house food is used, extra charges apply.
• Bring only essential belongings; we are not responsible for loss/damage.
• We will administer routine oral/topical medications per label or vet instructions. Injections or complex regimens may require additional forms/fees.

Behavior & Bites

• Owner is responsible for Pet’s behavior. If Pet injures another animal/person or damages property, Owner will indemnify us for related costs, including medical/veterinary bills and repairs.

Acceptance + linkage to Privacy Policy

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new “Last Updated” date.

Accounts & site availability

You’re responsible for your login and all activity under it. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part) at any time without notice.

Booking, pricing, and errors + PSA cross-reference

Online reservations, pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change and may differ by date or service. If we discover an error in pricing or availability, we may cancel or correct the reservation and will notify you. Service-specific terms (deposits, cancellations, late pick-up fees, vaccination requirements, group-play rules, liability allocations, etc.) are governed by our Pet Services Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.

Electronic communications & e-sign consent

When you use the Site or send us emails/SMS, you consent to receive communications electronically and to sign agreements electronically. You agree that electronic records satisfy legal requirements for writings and signatures.

SMS program cross-reference

If you opt in to SMS, our SMS Terms apply (message frequency varies; STOP to cancel; HELP for help; msg & data rates may apply).

Content moderation & takedown (incl. DMCA)

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove content. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice pursuant to the DMCA with the required details.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, outages, labor disputes).

Entire agreement & severability

These Terms (plus the incorporated Privacy Policy and Pet Services Agreement) are the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver is a continuing waiver.
